Stanislav Mišák

Technical University of Ostrava

Stanislav Mišák has devoted his entire professional life to research and development of low-carbon technologies, including their implementation in cooperation with industry partners. He strives to promote modern, decentralized energy for the regions, where it makes sense, both technically and economically. Professor perceives the future of energy as a symbiosis of sustainable decentralized, low-carbon energy in cooperation with a central energy based on the use of a nuclear resource.

Hydrogen technologies have a huge potential for decentralized sustainable energy, however their massive development requires preparation of a functional infrastructure for hydrogen production, distribution and use. The conference will present the readiness of the Moravian-Silesian Region for the implementation of hydrogen technologies as well as examples of solutions already implemented.
